Since this might be the first time you bought a Windows VPS it means you need to finish installing the Windows OS, by setting a admin password and then windows will finish installing.

After that you will need to go into the computer config and enable RDP.
It is set disabled by default on all Windows OS.

*How to connect to windows and finish installing it ;
Log onto panel.vpsdatabase.com:5353
Click your VPS
You will have an option to VNC over it and then a screen will pop up for it.
