Welcome to my web development thread! I will be able to make pretty much everything from scratch with some time and decent salary to it. I respected deadlines and ensure you that deadlines will be hold!
This is an affordable web development section, all you need to do. Is either to post here or send me a PM with what kinda website you want, it can include Javascript if necessary. But take in mind that since this is an affordable website service you wouldn't be able to get me to code Facebook for $200, hehe.
I will be using all necessary coding languages to make you the website that you have chosen, this doesn't need to be a copy or anything like that. All you need to do is to simply fill out what you want!
I can also add other stuff to the website like CSS media queries which will let me make the website to all devices. From that I can also add stuff like bootstrap, wordpress etc.. If you prefer this and want to work on your website in the future with it!
I will also be able to upgrade your website from scratch if that's what you were looking for!

*TOS (Terms of service)
When you agree to this service you will agree to the fact that you are paying for a cheap and good solution for the web development you want to be done. This service won't make exact copies if the customor wants something that is big in general, such as functions that Facebook.com has. Remember that these functions require a whole team and a lot more than a few dollars for it. I will do my best and will charge a deposit before taking a job, deals could be done with the deposit. But I will require to obtain the charged deposit money if I'v done my part and used time on the job. If the user don't get his files, he will be refunded. If the project goes over deadline he will be refunded parts of the deposit or charged for a lower amount.
I do not take any hour salary, just project salary. And I have the rights to obtain the money through my goverment. The money needs to be sendt as a payment for service through PayPal and need to have a comment which says: "I've succesfully received my product. I will not chargeback under any circumstances." If it's not sendt through a service through PayPal you will have to face the consequences by skipping PayPal fee's, cause I won't pay the fee's.
There is no other way to get refunded if you got your files with just some minor changes to what you orginally wanted, remember that when you come to me you will tell me an abstract idea of something you want to be done. I will make the idea into a reality ones, but that doesn't mean that it will turn out like magic unless you want to spend a lot more than what this service was orginally meant for.
