[Preview] PC Management ~ Application

Hi HackForums! This is my first post so please take it easy on me.

This is one of my first applications using .NET, I am just getting the hang of it's functions and what not. It is a computer management like application and I only have a few things working on it at the moment.

I am looking for your feedback as it would help me out ALOT when it comes to programming.

The theme is used is from, I believe to be AeonHack - Net Seal Theme.

The progressbar's update in real time (using a timer). I need to learn about threading and such things.

Thanks.
If this is truly your first application, and you didn't copy and paste the whole thing then great job!

The only real thing I copied was the theme :). Thanks!

Thanks.

Using a timer would perfectly suit for these kind of operations. Timers are actually meant to do this; calling a procedure on every interval. Threads are meant to execute something on another thread, in order to make something asynchronously, and not periodically.

Sweet, thanks for the tip! Although I still need to learn about it heh -.-
this is really good for a first program im not sure if you can use wmi with .net but you should try adding cpu temp and gpu temp and fan speeds

Sounds like a good idea mate, I will look in to it. I don't think WMI does work with .NET but I will try and find a solution to it.
Nice app, my feedback is just positive, keep the good work.

Updated some things a little.

Added a temperature suggestion although, it is a little buggy and won't show different temperatures for more than 1 core (dual core, quad core etc). GPU temperature doesn't show anything in the image as I don't have a dedicated GPU, it's onboard.

Thanks dude <3 means a lot to me. I understand what you mean, I have seen a few shitty releases on this (from new members) so far and I've not been a member too long.
While it may be fairly easy to create, I still have to give you mad props for doing something unique.
Updated with CPU usage showing 2 cores (if you have 2 cores or more). If you have more than 2 cores then only the 2 will be shown. If you only have a single core then your CPU usage will be identified by Core 0.

Here is a screenshot of what I have so far, please leave anything you would like to see implemented.

The misc section is looking bare and need suggestions as to what I should add to it.
Looks really good. I've been coding a type of system manager like this in my free time the past few weeks. It's good to see something other than a crypter in this section. At least some people still have some creativity.

Thanks dude! It's the same as on a forum I was a member of before, it was all crypter's and RAT's being coded. Sure it's fine as a learning base but there's already 1000s out there and most of the sources are the same just a different name on it.
