Well for one they should at least have some way to access them 24/7. i sent 2 tickets no reply now...

You're not a client and you don't know what you talk about.
The site is down not due to ddos attack but because of some reports of blackhat activities in some host clients.
Our server is in rescue mode for me to delete that clients accounts and get the server back online.

So I ask you one more time to don't trash my thread as you're just a bug in HF that doesn't know anything.
And about the static image, it's not possible to post PingDom real time images on HF. But as you're so mind limited, I can't expect you to know that...
