I can look at an iPhone and be realistic about it. I've created much more complex designs before. I'm actually working on an isometric city project at the moment.

You need to:

1) Correct your fucking grammar, your*
2) At least look at my work before you judge
3) Shut the fuck up.

I can make this within 5 minutes, even less.

To get a background pattern, go to the background layer and go to the Layer Styles and add a Pattern Overlay. If you don't have any custom ones you'll just have to use a preset. You have to play with the opacity and everything though.
