I would say that it's BoomShockPow or whatever his name is, he's done fileguardian, CryptME and his methods or the methods he uses are publicly well know, EG: sfx archives with winrar dll's.

I'm pretty sure nearly all encryption methods are publicly known, especially when it comes to executable encryption.

If a crypter was build with an 'unknown' method then I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be being sold on a public forum.
