1. grab someone's username first
so if their facebook url is

iamarnoldwhatever is their username

go to graph.facebook.com/theirusername which in this case is
iamarnoldwhatever
so

at the very top you will see
"id": "100001008736880", -> copy whatever id you see and replace it with the friend id below

^ now from there tinyurl the above url or create some redirect url and send it to a friend to click on it

Just tried it. No. You can't remove shit just by redirecting him/her to that url. The message says so but when you refresh it's still there
