The URL you entered for your avatar does not appear to be valid

Dimensions: 120x120
Size: 4.2kb

Link for anyone who cares: https://i.imgur.com/zwVLX2Q.gif

I've tried three different image hosting sites, same error:

Tried uploading it from my computer, just puts my old avatar back even if I remove it.

Why?
wow
that's offensive
Just tried to change my avatar to the link you provided and it's not wanting to work either. Perhaps there's something wrong with the image.
Kinda offtopic but this ava is not even allowed because it counts as annoying.
To be honest, I don't even think staff will allow that as it seems annoying to my eyes. And maybe to there's as well. However, this could be the same error many other members were facing, including me, while switching their avatars. There isn't an actually fix for it, all I did was wait a couple of minutes and then having to try again.

your signature is annoying cos it's distracting 🤣

Regardless of if that avatar would be breaking rules or not, is there any reason why it won't upload?

Indeed it is.

Anyways, here is your answer
Quote:The issue with this is caching. You have the option to host the image elsewhere, or just wait for a few hours for the cached file's TTL to expire for everyone. If you only care about seeing it for yourself until then, you can purge your browser cache and it will view the updated avatar.

I've had issues with this on my own site, I believe if it's anything like my issue it's related to Cloudflare. Omni likely has aggressive caching on images hosted at x.hackforums.net

Anyways, Omniscient stated to let him know if this issue isn't fixed.
Quote:Fixed. Apologies. Had some changes a few days ago. LMK if it's not fixed.
