Rep is meaning less besides -neg you are aware correct. Any one can scam just because they got 10 +3 reps for giving out a free crypt does NOT make them a legitimate seller or whatever.

I personally like this idea.

It would be great way to see which members could have great potential not only to support the staff but also so that when MyBB 2.0 comes out and you begin appointing moderator's to different sections you'll have some choices. Furthermore, it would be a great way to regulate the rules and bad posting. I understand that this will take weeks to implement if you choose to do so, but I'm behind it 100%.

Main reason I said that. Ive been here longer then most of the still active members here and ive seen quite a few really high repped people get banned and get countless scam reports against them. I still am 100% clean only 1 scam report thread on me. But everyone in the thread said Thank you Taser for the Full refund lol. (I don't like it when what I sell goes wrong even if it costs me)

I agree. IMO I think there should first be standard requirements, where if you meet those then you are allowed to apply. After you apply, it goes into a second stage where the applicant will be further reviewed and judged. It might take longer but it will ensure only quality members are Mentors, not people who just want a userbar.

This is a great idea, It would take alot of stress off of current staff, and as you said would be a good pathway for people to become staff.

I agree 100% maybe have the Staff or Omni and Ibf approve who joins and what not. Since well those two know the gist of the members. Also limit the group so only X amount of people can be in it so it does not become a cluttered group like many.
