I have a question for you, lately i have noticed in both iPhone and iPad Apps are stucked on waiting... mode, i cannot delete them and it wont go away after restarting.😭
So, would you please tell me how to fix this issue, or what is the possible solution for this? :)

:-) This has become quite common, recently even more.
Firstly, I would try to sign out of your apple ID and sign back in again, then click the app to update it.
If that doesn't work, then, try downloading the app onto your computer and use Itunes to transfer it too your Iphone/Ipad.
If neither of these work then please post here or PM me and I will try to help you!

I have a Sony Ericsson Xperia by Verizon and it got locked. After having it for a few years I don't know the answer for the question "What is your favourite film?" Is there anyway I can bypass it or completely reset it? Thanks.

Is there a way you can get the model number without going into "About phone?"

If you want I could join the help desk. I got a pretty extensive knowledge on Android including rooting and flashing, and quite a bit on iOS. I've owned 5 Android phones, and I regularly use an iPhone and iPad from friends/relatives.
