gives me:

Private key for address oMcXfWJV9MG8dUUzELoQgEsBwoPcu5wdub is not known (code -4)

Though its my address.

Question, lets say I do what you said and i backup my wallet file and delete it on my computer. Can i still receive OMC and see how much i received when i run the program? Like if i delete the file can i still send receive etc OMC from the program?

No you can't... you need wallet.dat to send/receive
