What will happen when we start running out of graveyard space? Forced cremations or burying people where others are already buried? What do you guys think? I know it's quite awhile away but it's going to happen eventually right? Unless there's a huge natural disaster that wipes everything out.

I personally don't care what happens to my body when I die.
I wont be there so why should it matter. (Jul 16, 2014 09:10 PM)Futuristic Wrote: I personally don't care what happens to my body when I die. Same, I'm agnostic/atheist so I don't care what happens.

As time continues the bodies in the graves degrade and so do the graves themselves. People are forgotten, families vanish leaving graves untouched. Graveyards will be wiped in space for new bodies. Perhaps it will be a source of energy or the soil may be able to be used for some scientific reason. When you unwrap a sweet, you remove the wrapping and eat the sweet. The wrapper is forgotten but the sweet inside is enjoyed till it finally dissolves.
