You're using String.Split()? Everything you are doing is around 10 years old. Nobody uses these methods anymore, It's only something copypasta's or people who actually have no idea what they are doing do. No offence, but I think this is garbage even though you tried. This will help nobody.

The problem with this is that pictures always end up missing after a few years. Almost every old thread with pictures is totally un-usable. But in the meantime it does prevent a majority of the skidding. Edit: Skimmed through the post. Tweety is right on the bits where this isn't anything new, but it's a nice compilation for those new to the topic. The harshness was a bit uncalled for. Someone with your 'expertise' wouldn't find this helpful, it doesn't mean it's useless - only to you. Learning correctly is always the best option, not something like this. Your code isn't optimized as well and does not follow standard coding conventions, you might want to roll will option strict on as well.
Well explained, however you didn't mention the injection part using a RunPE ^^
And an another little explanation to those who might be interrested, you will have to another way to store the encrypted payload into the stub, because just happening the content at the end of the stub will throw a bunch of detections, get a look into how native/managed resources work, and executable sections. But already two of the images have broken which I've replaced with code blocks. As more go, I'll just add back in the code blocks. I wish there were more users like you in this community. Always nice to hear such positive feedback. Appreciated. (Jul 22, 2014 12:35 PM)Yorkiebar15 Wrote: I was debating doing that. Think I will add it when I have time. Thanks for the feedback. An picture based tutorial would improve your thread quality by a lot! HF Member Since 2010
