and now can u see me.org keeps saying connection refused for port 1604 what shouuld i do? do i need to change ports to 1605?

Yes that one should be your local ip as for port i use 1605 to be different shouldnt matter. Are you currently using a VPN service ?

no im not useing a vpn my ports are saying connection refused on canyouseeme.org and my bro just called my isp and they said we are receiving a very small amount of packets on our end and now a technition has to come and fix it on Monday does this have anything to do with port forwarding i dont want to change subjects just wondering... no im not useing a vpn service

Doubt it will be anything you have done. Ok so ruled out vpn have you actually tried infecting yourself with your server file ? (Dont worry you can always uninstall the server via darkcomet or use the darkcomet removal tool on their website). Sometimes can you see me doesnt always show open ports.

Check canyouseeme.org type in 1604 and tell me what it says.

Dude your using no-ip, don't use freedns.afraid.org. And you cannot connect to your own domain becaise you can't connect to your external ip and when your trying to see your bro use your private ip not 127.0.0.1 beccause thats just for testing on yourself.

my local ip address is the one i forward to. ok can someone clarify? so im useing freedns right now and peoplle said that if i want to rat people in my homenetwork like my bro i need to use my local ip (v4) and if i want to rat people on the internet i have to use my freedns???

UPDATE: i didnt have my port listiong on darkcomet just did and i got succes i can see service on xx.xxx.xxx.xxx

That means the DNS is set to your ip already. Have you crypted it? It could be that a crypter corrupted your stub.

Yeah that's the only thing i could |think of especially if canyouseeme.org says that the port is open.

you cannot connect to your own ip address/dns. You can only connect to yourself via localhost/127.0.0.1. only remote users (NOT ON SAME NETWORK) can connect to your ip/dns.

Yes, other users should be able to connect to your dns/client.

your internal ip doesn't change, as it's localhost. your EXTERNAL ip address, (dynamic/changing) if it changes, do not worry about it, because no-ip DUC automatically updates the ip to dns routing change.

nope! darkcomet should run every time they start their computer.
