You should open a scam report. I think he says "this is not a public method" not sure.

The method is public. Any person with any info on how Apple deals with iTunes and transactions knows exactly how to do this.

I have been using iDevices for 5 years or so, and I have dealt with lots of problems with iTunes and how it handles money. A simple google search will show hundreds of tuts on how to do this. It's sad, I saw this on day one and I thought others would be able to figure it out too.
Here's a little hint, remember the big lawsuit against apple about in-app purchases? This might point you in the right direction about what they did after that.
