It's commonly known that Indians never pay. Here are some big reasons:
1) Most people forget that India is a third world country. Just because Indian citizens own computers and cell phones with internet doesn't mean they're rich. $1 US is the same as 60.50 Indian rupee. If you sell a photo pack for $10, it's only $10 to you, but this is 605 Indian rupee. The average YEARLY income in India is about $5,000 US. Indians can't afford the luxury that so many of us Westerners take for granted. Your photo pack could easily be a day's worth of wages for an Indian, who would rather spend that money on commodities he needs for survival rather than your photo pack that will provide 5 minutes of pleasure.
2) Because India isn't a wealthy nation, the people know what it's like to be poor and be required live frugally. Indians are well aware that porn is free on the internet, and they aren't going to pay for something when they know free alternatives exist.
3) Culturally, Indian's mistreat women. India has very high crime rates against women, including violent crimes and sex crimes. The courts are often broken and corrupt, and very frequently criminals get let go. Basically, in the West, men view women generally as equals. Indians culturally view women as second class citizens, and you're nothing more to them then a quick nut.
