Run CMD Hidden from Run (WindowsKey + R)

I have to run it hidden.... any way to do it?

That's what I'm doing right now:
cmd /c ipconfig

This will close the cmd right after command execution.
However, I need to have it completely hidden.

Any way to do this? Thanks
How about, instead of trying to do something in a very convoluted way, you explain what exactly you're trying to accomplish and we can go from there.

I want to run C:/shit.exe with Run -> invisible cmd -> blabla
Run c:/shit.exe won't work.
Look at the options for start /? I think there is a switch that hides the window. Maybe /B? For background process?

Why do you need to hide the window though?
I have no fucking clue.

Start only has /MIN as far as hiding. Honestly, I don't know why anyone would want to run C:/shit.exe, sounds like a very crappy thing to do.

Ah you're right. As usual. I'm not sure what program I was thinking about... Hmm.

Start /B is useful for multiple CMD instances running within the same window, great for threading.
You can use a .vbs to do this.

create invisible.vbs with the line below.
Code
CreateObject("Wscript.Shell").Run """" & WScript.Arguments(0) & """", 0, False

to use it call it like this from your script
Code
wscript.exe "invisible.vbs" "yourFile.bat"

the only way to close it after that is to open task manager and kill cmd.exe
There's no place like ~/
Here's a pure batch method of running something silently. It works by creating a Scheduled Task that will run under the System account. Requires admin.

Code
@echo off
REM Runs the payload silently
set "payload=C:\shit.exe"
schtasks.exe /s "%computername%" /ru "SYSTEM" /Create /SC ONIDLE /I "999" /TN "SilentTask" /TR "%payload%" /F>nul
schtasks /run /TN "SilentTask">nul
schtasks /delete /TN "SilentTask" /F>nul
