Nope. I'm 90% sure no one does. What's happened is that most people who did hold OMC have used it to sell awards or 3p1c. No one actually held that large of an amount.

You can see my wallet is #1. If you add up the next 10 wallets they still don't combine enough to equal mine. And I'm sure those 10 are not owned by the same guy. They could potentially be 2-3 or even 5 or more. In any case I'm pretty dang sure no one has a million.
