The only person that paid for the normal version of the book that day, was Sasuke.
If you google the email address :

It comes up with the user 'DashingKid'.
So, for further confirmation, I pm'ed him, asking for his Paypal email address. In typical skid fashion, he thought he could outsmart me by providing another Paypal, and Not the one he charged back from.
Oh. what do you know, DashingKid!
EDIT: This kid is funny. He thinks its perfectly acceptable. Pfft. I Also find it hilarious he is claiming to be 20 years old on his profile, yet takes orders from his parents on what to buy with 'his own money'.
Very sketchy user, So beaware guys when dealing with him. Currently fighting the dispute/chargeback. Ill update this thread with the outcome.
Don't post personal information not related to the deal dispute. - Staff.
looks legit bro.
sorry for your loss op.
This is seems legit... Sorry for the loss op... I would hate to lose money for something that the buyer received like an ebook, and you cant even take it away from him!
Try to fight it as much as possible because it sucks getting hit outta pocket but some nub that buys shit they can't "afford".

He's solicited adult rated content to a minor, solicited without authorization, my dad's personal details, which is illegal, punishable by prison, and quite a hefty fine. As far as [email protected] being a PayPal email, it's not. Just shows how dumb the seller really is. It's a very shitty ebook by the way. I wouldn't recommend buying it.
So yes, there you have it. That transaction was charged back, but not by me.
Cheers.
So you used your dads PayPal so basically you've committed fraud by paying for something in his name and not having his permission to do so?

Ive already pm'ed him that, and hes still delusional and thinks its perfectly fine and that I should not take any action against him lmao.
Hes also playing the 'minor' card now and other shit. My Tos and FAQ Clearly state :
That there are no refunds or chargebacks allowed under any circumstance.
and that :
Q. Im X Age and Live in X Country, Will this work for me?
A. Yes, Works worldwide, and as this is adult related, you should be of legal age to view adult content.
Ive just called Paypal anywho, and told them that the buyer has admitted to fraudulently using his dads paypal account, but he had received the non-tangible digital item. They are investgating further, but they said that paypal doesnt cover unathorized use by a family member, Nor do they cover non-tangible items. So Im fine - Only thing that may happen is that his Paypal is closed permanently.
Either way, he either used his dads account without permission and then chargebacked so he's committing not only fraud but theft aswell as hijacking his dads account meaning the account is not safe - paypal can close it for that reason alone.
On that note, he's most likely under the age of 18 which will make his dad responsible so if he chargebacks and any further action(legal) is taken then it's most likely his "dad" that'll take the heat.

Cheers. Are you going try and give him his money back since it was your dad who charged back?
This kid is an utter joke. I really hope no one else has to deal with him.
The buy links [ https://3202.shop.instabuck.com/order] arent even indexed in google or bing lmao.

Doesn't matter what your ToS says... It's adult rated, and a minor has still bought it. You knowingly sold it to me even though I am a minor. You're right, PayPal doesn't cover family members using PayPal, but you failed to realize that it DOES protect against underage people purchasing illegal content (to anyone under 18 of course). If anything, you're the one in trouble here for knowingly selling adult content to a minor.

I could cancel the dispute, but what's the sense? My dad will just make another dispute I'm sure. As far as money goes, he hasn't lost any money at all.

Fml, This kid. . .
1. The ebook does not contain adult content, It merely links to adult content.
2. You have to be over 18 years old to use Paypal anyways.
3. If its your 'dads' account, then he is the one purchasing you [a Minor] adult content, So he'd take the rap for that one. But you've already admitted to fraud by accessing his account illegally. . . So. . .

Like I said in the PM, only my dad can take legal actions against me, not you or PayPal.
As soon as you cancel the dispute, it can't be re-opened. Eitehr do that or go away and scam on another forum

<derp>
Too bad you think PayPal doesn't check last IP's before determining if it was unauthorized or not.
