Hey guys! Google is now stepping up their game with us refunders! Due to the policy change in the Google Play Refund policy, refunding CoC Gems is now harder! :P I bought £20 worth of gems and I could not get it refunded due to mass problems with google. I ended up having a suspension due to many refunded apps and IAPs. The only way it seems now to refund is to have very good talking skills and a phone to contact Google and you also need a very gullible REP on the line! :P

Well, luckily for me I can be pretty convincing. Thanks for the warning, was about to buy like $100's worth this Christmas, I'll have to test out some methods with smaller payments first.

I just tried calling them (Google) for a refund of £2.99 which I bought and the process was big af! Literally they asked so much questions, screenshots and stuff. You just need the right person to be on the phone with, if you get one of those people who require TONS of info just leave them out. They will NOT give you a refund, they are bullshitting and wasting your time, in the end with a tough rep after an amazing story that I said they said this "Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this although you may request a refund from the developer." DO NOT even try calling Supercell about what Google said as they will say shit like "We are sorry but this is not our concern and please try contacting Google Play Support for further details"

I will share this but the only working way is to contact them. Even if you make the best method and send electronically by any way then they will deny. You can even use the children method but it has to be on the phone! ✌

I've called them numeral times in the past few days and got refunded. No questions asked. Within 3 minutes got refunded just told them I had a problem and they suggested refund as soon as possible as if they were being rushed or something. Not very hard all you got to do is just talk with someone.

Where do you live? Because in the UK it takes like 15 minutes to get a refund

Hahaha I still got my own refunding method which still works :) it does not matter which terms of service they use. It's a national law which I'm abusing :) if they don't give the money back you are able to sue them because the law is so :)

Google must be catching on, it used to be so easy to refund anything, I would just call up and say that my kid found out the password to Google Play and spent it on his game without thinking of the consequences and they would give it back immediately.
