Guys, I'm wondering about watching Anohana, I'm not much into over dramatic stuff and slice of life anime but I loved Sakurasou, how good is Anohana compared to Sakorasou in your opinion?

You can't compare them. They're different types of romances.

But I enjoyed Anohana more than I did Pet Girl.

Not really the same but I watched it directly after watching pet girl and its really good even though its kinda short. I haven't watched the movie yet because I've heard its just a recap. All I can say is watch it because the ending is fucking amazing.

I didn't really like the look of it at first, but I really enjoyed it, although it was a bit short (not really something to complain about though, as it probably wouldn't have been as good if they tried to drag it out longer).

It was pretty sad, although anime never really makes me cry (despite really liking sad anime). I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys shows like this.

Waited so long for the sub for the movie to be released, but by the time it was released - I lost my motivation to watch it. It's just a recap anyway, it'll be nice if I ever feel like rewatching AnoHana.

It actually isn't just a recap, if you would have watched the movie you would know this. The movie contains additional material from their childhood and one year after the series ends.

Kinda slow like first 1 or 2 eps but gets better and the ending is just amazing :')

Would have to agree. It was a fantastic show, and the ending was simply heartbreaking.
