I think more people are concerned with the fact that it's the relationship between a grown man and a little boy crossdressing.
Some people seem to not look into the type of shows they watch before they watch them. Then maybe they'd be less surprised.

The rating is "Rx - Hentai" and the genre is "yaoi".
It's sort of obvious what type of show it's going to be just from looking at that page.
