So before buying I pmed the guy and this is what he said:

The problem is that the sms bomber he sold me doesn't work here in Belgium, and he told me he would make it work. But no he did NOT make it work for me.
Bought it on 29th January 2015.
Today is 15th February 2015 and it still doesn't work, nor he replied to my last pm asking him what I should do now? But no answers..
Sorry my coder hasnt been on to update it for you.
We will also be adding a module for you to add your own carrier if you have the gateway.

Just to point out, you were quiet obviously never scammed. The SMS Bomber does it job, just wait for the update and it'll work where you are from. It's not PositiveEnergy's fault that your country wasn't supported. Clarify things before you buy them.

He asked me if I would add it in, I said I would but I figured I would get a huge gateway list and just add them all together, this was honestly uncalled for over $3.50 and a delay. Makes me look bad over 3.50...

It's two weeks later, you deserve to look bad.

I never said I am in the right here....I feel bad for the delay if it wasn't a one time fee I would credit him alot of time / refund him
EDIT : In the PM's i said "try my best", "it should work", "searching for gateway"

Sure there is a delay, but PositiveEnergy is being made to look bad for simply that... a delay. Did OP even ask for a refund before opening this scam report, probably not.
He doesn't deserve to look bad, and this will hopefully be resolved soon!
He has another scam report/community alert open, I suggest you leave this open until he keep's his word.

I see no actual list of countries on the thread or any specification as to which countries it does work in. So where is the false advertising? It happens to not work in one country, out of a possible 195(6). Great insult douchebag, it simply says world wide, which could be Australia, UK and then USA. That's "world wide".
