WOW, that pretty much sums up my feelings about this. I just finished watching all the
episodes of Deadman Wonderland on Netflix. This show was unique, very dark, lots of blood with good character potential. Will there be a second season? They pretty much left us in the dark about the "Red man" being Shiro.. will they fight? So many questions left to be answered and from what I have read there will be no second season because of sales. Still overall a pretty good 13 episodes.

From what I read it did so poorly the chances of a second season are slim to none.

Deadman Wonderland is one of the worst anime I've watched so far. The beginning was awesome, but it progressively got worst.

Read the manga if you found the anime that interesting.

I thought there was potential but I agree. It just makes me mad being left in the dark about alot of stuff, looks like I will have to read the manga..

I share a different opinion than most on Deadman Wonderland, I feel like it wasnt that bad, especially not as bad as its made out to be. For what its worth it does copy a pretty cookie cutter plot and progression but its still an enjoyable experience. Maybe the predictability is what made it so hated, I dont really see it personally.

Put bluntly, if you liked Deadman Wonderland there are plenty of shows that are the exact same with minor detail changes but that doesnt make it bad, its still an enjoyable experience that should be taken as such, wont win any awards but isnt the worst thing to ever be made either.

I'm thinking of reading it.
It's been on my plan to read for a long time now.
The only thing that I didn't like in the anime was the whining nature of the main character & how they left things in the end.
For some reason this show reminded me of Mirai Nikki.

I liked it but it was a bad ending i ended up just reading the whole manga anyways and i wasn't disappointed with the ending.

So much this, the time I spent watching Deadman Wonderland feels so god damn wasted. More so than other equally bad anime.

Beginning was good, middle was bad, ending was closure. I thought it was pretty good, but got stale real fast. Most of the plot didn't make sense and basically all the characters were useless and if they even had any thought of being useful, they'd usually just die to make some insignificant change lol.

I'd recommend reading the manga if you want any form of closure with it, there won't be any continuation to the anime.

The ending is not that exciting as the beginning of the series. It gets boring in the end.
