So, he is selling a method on how to get $50 VISA card to your house for $10, when someone said he won't refund him because it doesn't work in some countries he showed the PM's including a site.
I googled: "Huggies Visa Method"
Second link is the method, it is social engineering and its publicly posted on a forum.
This is just a sad dude that joined this month to make cash off members not knowing things!

Not always, if you SE people talking to you etc its not illegall, not preffered but legal.

Unfortunate to see people, trying to make quick bucks off public methods. I'm not surprised, as it's not the first time I've seen people on HF trying to do this. 😠

However, the method of Huggies does involve SE, if I'm not wrong. I feel like, that itself is violating a rule.
Well, I'll ask him about a refund now, because he said it's no SE and it'll work worldwide. It kinda is SE, and it does NOT work worldwide (it doesn't work for me).
If he doesn't accept the refund, should I chargeback the money? Since he violated more then just one rule I'd say it'd be okay but I'm not sure so yea what do you guys think about it?

SE was disallowed late 2010 if I recall correctly? After all drama with Amazon and TV's being SE'd although you could still find service or two saying how they did it "legally".

I'm not 100% sure and I might be wrong, but I joined late 2012 and I thought the SE section was still available when I joined at least for a few months..

You're right. Now that I thought about it better, around late 2010/2011 Omni closed it, then he gave forum a new chance until around June 2012. You could still access it but you couldnt post and threads that remained posted were according to the rules until he finally removed it completely. I believe thats how it was, I cant say for sure, it was freaking 4 years ago, cant remember what I had for breakfast this morning.
Bottom line is, SE isnt allowed.
