This isn't a deal dispute, there was no deal, therefore there can be not dispute.
Report the reputation issue too staff, and make a community alert if you feel that way inclined.

This isn't valid however.

See what I wrote in the first line of OP. I said there is no deal, this is more a community alert. But I thought it's better to post it here, because users usually search for a UID of a member in the deal dispute section. But I guess you haven't read my post because I said there that I have already contacted staffs too....
