I think he stated his Paypal got limited and so chargebackd every payment done. I hope this will be resolved!

This happen on Sunday, I told him that I would open a scam report on him by Tuesday if he did not resolve it by than. I think 3 days to resolve this is plenty of time.

That's not really reasonable brother. If he is limited in paypal, its not going to go away in 2 business days.

I dont want to jump into conclusion but I dont think his PP got limited. He c/b bc he gambled all his money and lost.

I called PayPal for him via Skype yesterday, he was in the call - he asked me to do him that favor. His PayPal is limited, they're requesting him to furnish ID and bank statements. His bank is a VBA, so statements are impossible and he used a fake name on the PayPal. The rep said the temporary holds will not be lifted until his account is un-limited, which from the sound of it, isn't ever happening. I don't know how much I believe that the funds will stay frozen statement though.
Please change title to :"Scammed $9 by G-Eazyy Uid=2650616"
