1. Well it could be formatted a bit better to make it look better.
2. Hosting he is using is provided by me. The only time it's down is the time between a DDoS attack initiated (I get one almost every day) and OVH's Anti-DDoS kicks in.
3. The code itself is a mess, but seems to be working... incorrectly. I tested it with 10 working proxies and it detected only 4 as working.
You see, Doctor, God didn't kill that little girl. Fate didn't butcher her and destiny didn't feed her to those dogs.
If God saw what any of us did that night he didn't seem to mind. From then on I knew... God doesn't make the world this way.
We do.
