I believe there's no portable version of Bluestacks out yet. If you are really that worried about your chat history you shouldn't be using an online messaging service in the first place.
Ehh what do you mean? You mean from PC users, or authorities?

dban can wipe your hard drive if that's what you're looking for... encryption is not really that effective
If you want maximum security look into T.A.I.L.S.
Make it into a USB boot drive. It's an operating system that has security in mind.

It's a pain in the ass to set up, but it's worth it.

I won't detail it out step by step, well, unless you wanted to pay me for it lol, but you can start by searching "tails" in google.
Should be the first result. (Apologies I can't post links yet.)

Yes, It is time consuming to set up, Yes it is confusing, but you won't ever wonder again if you're data is secure, plus when you log out, it wipes all relevant data in your last session.

I'm more interested in the google image results for 'tails'

My friend, I don't know if you are being sarcastic or not. But if implemented correctly encryption will keep anyone out of your hard drive.
Get a magnet and run it over your HDD, it will completely destroy it! If it comes to that.
