By purchasing customers get access to the online builder located on my site. It has to be used to configure and download miners, not to manage them remotely, if this is what you mean.

Somebody reported me issues with the omnicoin pool at https://omnicha.in/pool/index.php?page=login and I'm investigating, even if everything seems good at the moment. Make sure to use proper settings when building your miner.
