I purchased milkbone e books and It doesn't work for me and it says 100 percent works or refund!! i paid 15.50 USD for it and its been 2 days since i was asking for refund i sent pm and he was online. if he refund me i will close the dispute.

good on you for disputing the payment. you most likely wouldn't have gotten your money back if you didn't(or at least the chance of getting it back)
Provide sufficient proof such as screenshots of conversations, transactions etc.
Yeah, never buy ebooks. tbh they're all shit. Also make sure you disputed as an unauth purchase.

OP opened a Paypal claim which is against the Terms of Sale, not to mention I sold him the copy at an even further discounted price which I never mentioned he would receive a refund guarantee.
Furthermore, he initiated a claim for "Unauthorized Claim" which is only leaves me 3 options and none of them include granting a refund. This is your own problem to deal with as Paypal already took the funds from my account.

You edited your thread today to probably remove the "refund" promise.
Why would you do that if you guarantee your ebook to earn?

I didn't remove my refund policy... It's still in the thread if you checked it. The OP didn't pay full price for the product and was not eligible for the refund because of this.
Anyways I went to the main transaction to try and refund and there is no option to do so. Take a look.

You know how fast you'd get limited if someone called in on what you're doing? You can't charge someone extra for a refund option. There's literally no difference in the product.
