I do not understand how "Hello, how are you?" is impolite. (77/100).

Trying to find the most polite sentence and "Hello, how do you do?" which is considered polite in the past, is even more impolite than "Hello, how are you?".

Edit: By this I mean, I am looking for a 100/100 sentence.
