The guy is obvious lost in his little head. He claims he sent me $50 because I was 'scammed' but I haven't been scammed in years. When I confront him about that, he tries to make it not obvious for me to change my rep on him for that reason.

Ahah i know right, he even neutralled me for no reason: "has past scam report, DWC". i dont hve any past scam report, so stfu, atleast use some real talk, instead of just bsing.
