This has all been resolved. Alone Vampire has refunded me an amount that I requested. He handled the situation well and I hope the community can forgive him for the mistakes he made, as I stated in the original thread, I'm sure he never intended to scam, a series of events unfolded that turned this into a bad situation.

I would also like to bid farewell to HackForums and thank the community for their support.
