I know there is the famous AeroRev on here, but is there anyone else?

GDI really is not that hard. If you can program then you can do GDI.

The animations are going to be pretty hard. If they dont respond to like mouse movements or something you can just use a GIF for them.

GDI graphics are not very hard to make. They are really just more time consuming than anything.
