Here is my entire story with Nex+, from Debug till Prism. All money amounts will be xx for now until I go back and list exactly how much I have sent to Nex+.
Paragraphs:
1: Buying leadership to Debug and it being Permanent.
2: Paying for the Rebrand and asking for the money back.
3: Scamming people through Athena.
4: His products and fake features.
5: MeshCollider and Nex's issues.
6: How I "fucked" over Nex.
7: My deal with Nex on buying the group.
8: Summary
9: Why I think he still owes me.
1. It started out by me buying a leadership spot from Nex for Debug which would later turn into Divine. My leadership spot was bought behind Polymorgs back, Nex said that he wouldn't have to pay Polymorg the % of leadership if I were to send xx amount of money. Shortly after Nex+ Purchased Debug and than he kicked the buyins out saying that they bought into debug not Divine. Which was a "low" move as nex says.
2. My leadership didn't have a "contract" like others. It was Permanent and that was it. Once Debug rebranded over to Divine I paid the $250 fee. At first I said don't worry about it I don't need it back. Within a day I had some things pop up and I messaged Nex stating that I need my $250 back, he said ok (Remember it cause it will come back up). Their was a little drama with the leader ChromeProducts as him and Nex's deal went to shits. I am sure he created thread somewhere about it so I won't talk about that.
3. Nex+ was also very big on fake marketing. He would have several members vouch for his products or tell us that a possible buyer for Athena was going to contact us and we needed to say it was working fully. When Athena was not even working at all. Nex scammed everyone who bought Athena and the person who bought the source. Luckily the person who bought the source had another coder get it working.
4. Now this brings me to some of his products, he would always tell the coders of them to just add the "features" to the builder but when clicked on they do not do anything. If you want Evidence of it ask Casp3r he has more than enough. He also told me to do the same but my skype logs don't go back far enough sadly.
5. Now than Nex was going to give the group to MeshCollider but wanted to come back and take it anytime. Basically using Mesh to make a good name for the group than just come back and take it. Mesh created a thread on this somewhere I think.
6. Now this brings me to how I fucked over Nex (least thats what he is saying). Nex had a project with a coder for xx amount of money. Nex's deal with the coder is not my issue. Here's what I know MeshCollider (good friend of mine and was going to be the one hosting the thread for Nex because Nex's rep for products was not the best) contacted me saying that the coder needs a downpayment of 1k and if I were to pay the project would than be mine. I thought it was a good idea as I could make some money on the side as I worked on my own projects. I paid the 1k to the Coder and I now own the project. Well this happened in december or before that even and no one told Nex.
7. I than make a deal with Nex to buy the group. Rent for 4 months for $1,150. He had to give me a amount that he would sell the group at because I was gathering money to completely buy the group. The first payment of $500 was in the form of Master Donator because if I were to give nex PP or BTC he would have to pay back DamienVC and Casp3r the money he still owes them from purchasing Debug. Nex told me to just buy him master donator so I did. Now my understand was that the rest of the money was due on the 23rd, I guess I was wrong. I even asked Nex if the money was due tomorrow (asked on the 22nd) and of course he never responded cause he was going to "fuck" me over because several days earlier I told him that he doesn't have his project anymore. Reason I told him was he put out a coming soon thread for it that I paid for (graphics).
8. So I lost Prism and Nex wants me to pay $350, which isn't going to happen. He can keep it as Prism, a Programming group led by Fiz (A Lounger), Nex (A worthless Marketer), Young Thug , none of them can code (least to my knowledge, Nex for sure cant). Nex plans to sell 7 leadership spots to pay back DamienVC. Even though Nex claimed that he already paid Damien but after talking with Damien last night Nex still has 1k-2k to pay back. Overall I saved $650 and got a project worth a good amount of money. I lost alot but I don't mind it. Prism is going to be a useless group.
9. Nex still owes me my $250 (in my opinion). I'll tell you why I think he still owes me my $250, when writing the deal up to purchase the group Nex subtracted -$250 from it and said I don't owe him it if I pay him $1,150. I said yeah sure, well I only paid $500 and the contract was broken and the deal was off. So to me he still owes me my $250, you guys can decide.
I'll be updating this with how much money I lost and any new information that I remember. For now it is quite a long piece for you guys to read. Only thing Nex has on me is that I had two accounts, One from 2012 that I lost and one from 2015. I had the accounts merged early 2015 and it was worked out with staff. So if nex comments that I was a multi accounter then thats why.
