Well it costs funds to pay someone to create a decent site would also cost funds to have withdrawals paid out.

If you need a well build and quality it won't be cheap I'd say 3-5k

TBH, the cost should be over, 10k I'm guessing, beside the creation of the site, you have monthly running cost, ads, standby funds for those that are damm lucky at winning to withdraw their winnings/etc.

It would cost well over $1,000 for development and hosting + you'd have to have a decent BR for payouts.

^ this, others broke hf kids hoping a 500$ - 4k deal can go get scammed or have a half assed product filled with unsafe shit. Webdev IS expensive, id say 10k + only for the backend and 5-6k for the front, then an other 5k ish for a database structure brainstorm (include this with backend).

Dealing with so much BTC would require a very exp dev, so ~10k for the code and them some for the designs and front end.

Easily more than $10,000 for the cost of development and the initial hot wallet for payouts. If you have the money, making something similar would be a great investment as I have heard the owner makes $250k+.
