Scammed 20$ by Boston uid=2447024


He was selling this social panel for 20 :

I was interested and saw some vouches so I went straight away to buy it.
First I sent paypal payment as a normal payment and he refunded me saying I had to pay as for family and friends so I can't chargeback if he scams maybe?
But ok, not a big deal and I sent as he wanted.

After recieving the panel, On his thread he has 3 thing :
Instagram likes
Instagram comments
Sub4sub coins

But oncz I logged in it had no instagram comments but again ok not a big deal because I was mainly interested in instagram likes as I'm trying to grow up some acocunts.
First day : I kept getting error while trying to get likes :
Screenshot below of me showing him the errors, but nothing helped it didn't work and I went to sleep

Next day ; I come to hackforums and I see he closed his thread.

This is his last post there : "This is closed as of 4-3-16. I'll reopen once my webdev gets it fixed."

So basically he closed and he don't know when it will be back.

His webdev was the User Raven (spelled weird, check his rep)
I messaged him and he told me that he refunded boston because he couldnt do it BECAUSE
Boston used a stolen source that the OG owner fixed so Boston couldnt use it.

In the T.O.S you should of added "If this product is shit, doesn't work, is a stolen script, and your lifetime purchase will be down in a day, there will be no refunds"
