I have multiple php files in my directory. index.php however isn't sowing up. Even when I view-source the page, nothing comes up. The php is also html so it should come up right? when I change the extension to .html you just see the page with php code all over it.
I've set it as the default page in .htaccess

Yo ill take a look at your files in 2 minutes, I'm assuming you're referencing stuff on my server.
We're using PHP5 by the way.
Are you using full open tags or just short open tags?

We do.

We're using PHP5 by the way. Thanks. I know its not the host, because it was doing the same thing with a previous host.

I noticed a lot of things like this:
Code <?php
if ($user -> isAdmin($odb))
{
?>
<li><a href="administration/index.php"><i class="fa fa-star"></i> <span class="name">Administration</span></a></li>
<?php
}
?>
I don't know if that fucks it up, but that's not how I would write it.
I would write it like this:
Code <?php
if ($user -> isAdmin($odb)){
echo'<li><a href="administration/index.php"><i class="fa fa-star"></i> <span class="name">Administration</span></a></li>';
}
?>
I don't know if that makes a difference... I've just gotten into the habit of either coding a 100% HTML doc, or a 100% PHP doc (with HTML echo'd in through PHP echo).

Both ways are acceptable.

I don't think it would. I didn't code it, I just downloaded a source and slapped it on the host.

So it's definitely not that then!
I took another look at everything, including your errors OP. The only error currently showing was from a few hours ago - client restricted access (rule set by htaccess, apparently).
Anyways, there's so much code in your index.php that it could be a variety of things. At a quick glance though, it appears that the code on index.php is valid...which may mean that one of the pages being included / referenced is not coded correctly. I would start from the top, and remove lines of code (especially code that includes another page) and go down the entire page... If it is indeed another page that has faulty code (which is a common cause of the empty webpage error you're having), then you'll find out through trial and error.
Also make sure you're using up to date URLs for your jquery/bootstrap.
Did you modify the database access informations?

I just looked into that.
OP, you need to go to includes/db.php and double check that info. Make sure you set up your DB in cPanel correctly. I am going to stop my digging now as I feel quite "intrusive" trying to help you... Tell me if you don't care though. Anyways, I saw your DB details and the db host does NOT look correct. You're referencing an offshore host's DB host settings. Double check the other settings too.

I don't have anything to hide. I could care less if you're digging around. Like I mentioned before, I downloaded a source and slapped it on, so the db was used for something else. I'll change it right now.

Well the DB is one of the first things that is included so that's likely the cause of the blank page
If it doesn't work ill help you find a good stresser that my server could do. I've been looking for a good opportunity to get more experience with legal stress testing, and helping you would be a good time. My server could definitely handle some intense stress testing... Go big or go home.

Set permission to 644 and not lower in cPanel.
Also try removing ob_start(); and check if it works.
Change the third line to:
error_reporting(-1);
and post the error that appears
