I found about 4 Mr Mimes earlier they were everywhere. I still think the other continents can get eachothers pokemon. They just have to hatch them instead of catch them, am i right?

It is missing quite a few pokemon on the chart though.

legit, Ive been playing for 3-5 hours each night at a local place that has about 12 pokestops that are usually lured and tons of pokemon around

For me, the starters along with kabuto would be more around the very rare level because I encounter them a lot more than dratini, magnemite, hitmonlee, etc. This may just be for my area though.
