Change your Phone type & resolution.
Phone type:
1. Click the "wheel" at the very top right in NOX.
2. Click on "Properties"
3. Input the details of whichever phone you desire.
4. Save + Reboot
I choose the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. So it would look like this,
Manufactuer: Samsung
Model: Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.
Phone Number: +01532678541 < Example
(Use your +XX and random numbers, or your own?).
Changing resolution:
1. Click the Wheel at the very top right in NOX, as you did in the first step.
2. Go to 'Advanced Settings.'
Now find 'Startup Settings' where you got 3 buttons.
"Tablet" - "Phone" - "Customize".
You want to click on 'Customize'.
4. Insert the Width and Height of your desired phone.
Samsung S7 Edge for e.g is: 1440 pixels x 2560 pixels
(Height: 1440, Width 2560).

Now, if you want to be even more safe.
I think you should reinstall the Pokemon go client installed on Nox.
I am not sure but it appears that when the client is installed,
a unique identifier is generated that identifies the Pokemon go client.
Since on Nox it is pre-installed, all Nox users might be logging in with the same client identifier.
