I've messaged multiple users with reports open on him to add his name to the Deal Dispute Database so hopefully that'll reduce the amount of scams.

I wouldn't do that if I was you. Just try and convince those members scammed by him to add it to the database and that should reduce the scams by a large number.

I know usually they don't deal with scammers, however in the past (if i remember right) they deal with huge scammers like these. Maybe leave a thread in the Rules, Announcements, News, and Feedback section.
