Sales have been up for roughly 6 months now and well people are still low ballin. So I'm considering the thought of a re-brand or maybe continuing on Null (not sure my top 6 actives are currently behind bars or under investigation). Any who's thoughts? Of course any replies won't be taken 110% seriously.

I've always liked the concept of Null. It was one of the only groups, aside from Archive, that strived to better the forum. At the end of the day it's your call. I have a few ideas. If you're interested pm me.

If I remember correctly that's how they operated. They offered teaching within the SF. I believe you applied for a certain skill you wanted to learn.

If you're going to rebrand, do something that isn't against site policy so that you can keep the on-site activity high. Your choice though, obviously.

That was something Vinnie implemented, in theory when the project started it sounded great. But as time progressed it seemed as if it was a pipe dream, basically all those members who ended up paying for those "classes" during Vinnie's era pretty much got scammed. I still let those guys in Null just because I feel partially responsible being the owner, even though I never got to see the money. Main reason that program went down was the ongoing investigations on Vinnie, otherwise it might've been a success.

You should honestly try to bring that back before rebranding, if you even do so. I'm sure you'll be able to find capable mentors all around HF. However, instead of buyins maybe you should just do it for free as a way to spike activity. If it does bring lots of activity feel free to do with it as you wish.

1. Yeah generally got time on my hands at the beginning of the school year, after Winter I usually run with the harder Uni classes.
3. I suppose that question is basically Community vs. Null members - I'm not sure how many of my guys(Null) are even around.

The issue with this being, is there anyone still around skilled enough (that's not already in it), that will be active and a positive influence.

If we brought in what Th3Pony was doing in his second group: SecurityHub, and having people teach each other, that'd be pretty sick.

They're one of the only groups left to remind me of the old days.
