Is there any way to change your router's password without knowing the current one?

It used to be simple 'admin' for both username and password. Now it has changed for some odd reason. Is there a way to change it? I literally have the internet modem right next to me...

Click on the reset button on the router. It might be a really small button, accessible only using pin or something.

Yes you can do that but be aware of the consequences OP. Don't do this when you live with your parents.

Be suspicious, OP. Be very suspicious. Reset your router with the reset button, which will revert it to defaults. Reconfigure it, and for the love of God, change the default credentials to something else. Your network was most likely owned by a neighbor.
