Basically we both agreed that I want $60 in btc and paid him $66 via paypal. He stopped responding after an hour and then said he forgot his phone home. Then i told him i'll give you 2 more hours to transfer me the money or i will open a deal dispute. Still haven't heard from him.

I feel bad for you but honestly its your fault, he is one of the recent big scammers, he recently changed his name from The Brotherhood to suicide squad to this, and he scammed in all of them
Start looking at people's trust scan and rep before dealing ! and use a middleman
I even wrote DWC check his scan before dealing in his topic earlier today
