Damn aha, there are a lot of 3 characters out there.

Does Unicode count as a visible character? Like a TM?

Also does anybody know why this was done? It seems like an odd rule, is it to help search for users?

Unsure if my username is allowed or not considering the B is a special character? I understand this is for the invisible chars, but I heard any sort of special characters in usernames are not allowed?

Yes that would count as a violation.
An erstwhile gamer with several thousand dollars in donations and multiple group leaderships to his name, in March 2016 Red Sox was closed after his account, Skype, and BTC Wallet were allegedly compromised and used to scam other users.

Well you have no hidden characters (since space isn't really a hidden character) so you're not intentionally breaking the rules.
