Due to the new standard of HTTPS for HF I'm going to ask that all members review their profiles and any paid stickies to ensure that they are using HTTPS instead of HTTP.
If you have an avatar URL and it's not HTTPS then it will be deleted.
If you have a signature IMG and it's not HTTPS then it will be deleted.
If you have a thread with IMG tags and the image isn't HTTPS then it will stop functioning.
I'm going to make the changes needed for us to be HTTPS strict so that all pages served will be 100% secured.
Get going now because I'm going to start my work immediately.

I believe it will allow HackForums to be connected to https (port 443) which is a more secure port and will make HF a more trustworthy site.
Hackforums is now automatically connected to port 443 and has the green lock (HTTPS Connection) I see. Just in case anyone was confused about what Omni is talking about.

If you use the HF Gallery then it's automatically HTTPS.
If you use an uploaded avatar then it's automatically HTTPS.
If you use imgur then I will alter all signatures and avatars to support HTTPS.
If you use a remote URL that's not imgur or HTTPS then it will be deleted.

Cloudflare has a few areas where you can rewrite URLs and create custom rules that would probably function well to simplify this.
I can see a lot of websites for products being sold here that aren't HTTPS being forced to implement it.

I already updated most of my links/images accordingly, this is good move to help add security, I don't think it was a major risk but it also isn't going to hurt to be more secure.

Good going. Why they would need to support HTTPS? They can host their thread designs/ad signatures on imgur.
