I have been buying Mon's booter PP for a while now and there were no issues till this two recent transcation. 1 for $145 and 1 for $73. Both payments are under review by paypal for unauthorized access which suggest fraudulent funds.

I called in Paypal and they told me the owner of the accounts simply has to call in Paypal to confirm the transaction and the money will be returned to my account but Mons delayed the call for several days. He had enough time to call in but chose not to do so.

Paypal opened the dispute since it was a stealth paypal.

Its your fault , I mean you knew that the funds are fraudulent and you decide to keep taking the risk just because "20%" in your favor, it don't worth it, trust me.

Mons "didn't scammed you" , ain't defending him he want to purchase everytime from me and I can ask for 20 or even 25% he will pay it, but it dont worth all the drama. He didn't scammed you, he paid you with fraudulent funds , from stealth and you knew it. Now is up on him to give back BTC or even call paypal.

Could be worse, those both transactions could get your Paypal limited and lose the money because the chargeback of Paypal, and the account because accepting those funds.

Now the question is, do it really worth lose the BTC, the money in paypal, and almost the Paypal account?
