I'm an active and trusted member on CE section, i did one successful exchange with Mons previously, that's why i accepted to deal with him for the second time.
I received PM from Mons asking for exchange $220 PP for my BTC, but at this time i was owning $175 only so i told him about the available amount of btc and he accepted, After that we agreed on the exchange and he sent me $199.5 on PP as a gift from this email [ [email protected]][Business name : Service Alixi ] and i sent him $175 BTC [rate 14%] , after he made the payment by 24h i got charge back on the amount, i tried to solve the issue with him friendly and i waited him more than 4 days because he said that he will call Paypal and he already sent them msg, but it is not my problem if you have illegible funds and you cheat the btc sellers with it, at end he must refund back the btc under any circumstances
i will post all proofs that proving my rights and the credibility of my words

I never scammed anyone in the forums, so please support me to warn the innocent members, i already added him a negative rep but it was on old date due the first exchange with him, so it will not show on the top.
We have to stop that person because he charged back $395 from this member [UID=2735069]
