If I was to solder multiple USB drive motherboards together with a piece of plastic underneath so it won't bend, will it work as a bigger and more powerful USB drive? Also I would encase it in a case to make it more ascetically pleasing and so it's less vulnerable to damage. Also if I was to do the same thing but intead of the standard USB drive I used the USB killer 2.0 will that also work? And how powerful may that be?
Make a USB drive physically bigger? |

It sounds like you're talking about making a double drive? AKA one second its a regular usb then you flip it and its a usb killer? Not sure what you're asking but I think your best bet is to just buy a bigger one and save yourself the headache. Signature for sale:

well obviously I could buy a bigger USB but I can't buy a more powerful USB killer so I would need to solder them together to have more than 5 capacitors I'm thinking about combining 5 USB killers so it has 25 capacitors, the only thing I'm worried about is will it work if I solder them all together? Because it'll be a very expensive project and I don't wanna do it all for nothing if it does work

Walk around the school library and sometimes people forget their usb or leave while printing and yiu just pull it out. I have at least 20 usbs from one month alone. What is it you want to destroy lol, because if you have a certain target depending on what it is it could have protection against power surges (Oct 31, 2016 04:31 AM)ka$h Wrote: What is your aim of doing this? Mosy power surge protection is in the supply or if its a laptop in the cord Signature for sale:

Hypothetically speaking of course (Oct 31, 2016 02:49 PM)ImTheRealAndrew Wrote: Not saying I do have a target but if I did and they had protection on power surges will it still work? regular USB killers have 5 capacitors and I'm putting 5 together so that's 25 capacitors, so is it possible that they may only have protected from a power surge the size of 5 capacitors or does it just rule out any size of a power surge? Hypothetically speaking of course Yes it could depending on the protection, but most things don't require x5 USB Killers to do the job, and most things devices don't have protection anyway, I was just pointing out the possibility because I don't know what your intentions were (Oct 31, 2016 05:03 PM)ka$h Wrote: Yes it could depending on the protection, but most things don't require x5 USB Killers to do the job, and most things devices don't have protection anyway, I was just pointing out the possibility because I don't know what your intentions were Well suppose it was a server or something along those lines (Nov 1, 2016 08:22 PM)ImTheRealAndrew Wrote: Well suppose it was a server or something along those lines Don't think a many servers would have protection because they don't expect someone to run in with a USB and plug in but even if you did the chances that it would devastatingly effect them are rather low, at most would be down for a day or two while they fixed the computer (Nov 5, 2016 01:47 PM)ka$h Wrote: Don't think a many servers would have protection because they don't expect someone to run in with a USB and plug in but even if you did the chances that it would devastatingly effect them are rather low, at most would be down for a day or two while they fixed the computer Oh well are you able to put botnets a to servers? |
